Dr. Youssri Hassan
Dr. Youssri Hassan has published a new research paper titled "An Efficient Petrov–Galerkin Scheme for the Euler–Bernoulli Beam Equation via Second-Kind Chebyshev Polynomials" in Fractal and Fractional. This study presents a novel numerical approach to solving the Euler–Bernoulli beam equation using advanced techniques based on Chebyshev polynomials, offering valuable contributions to structural mechanics and numerical analysis.
This work is the result of a collaborative effort with distinguished researchers: Prof. Amr Elmasry, former Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at Egypt University of Informatics (EUI) and current Vice Provost for Graduate Studies at Matrouh University; Prof. Waleed Abd-Elhameed from Cairo University and University of Jeddah; and Dr. Ahmed Gamal Atta from Ain Shams University. Together, they explored innovative methodologies that enhance engineering and applied mathematics computational approaches.
