Upon receiving Conditional Acceptance, applicants for Fall 2025 are required to pay  30,000 LE, which includes a non-refundable administrative fee of 13,000 LE.

If an applicant wishes to withdraw their application, a refund of 17,000 LE (30,000 LE minus the 13,000 LE non-refundable administrative fee) will be granted if the withdrawal request is made on or before 10 August 2025.

For withdrawals submitted after 10 August 2025, refunds will be processed per the refund policy set by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, as follows:

• Before the start of the academic year: A 10% deduction (1,700 LE) from the refundable amount.
• Within one month of the start of the academic year: A 50% deduction (8,500 LE) from the refundable amount 
• More than one month after the start of the academic year: No refund (100% deduction of the refundable amount, totaling 17,000 LE)
