Upon receiving Conditional Acceptance, applicants for Fall 2025 are required to pay  30,000 LE, which includes a non-refundable administrative fee of 13,000 LE.

If an applicant wishes to withdraw their application, a refund of 17,000 LE (30,000 LE minus the 13,000 LE non-refundable administrative fee) will be granted if the withdrawal request is made WITHIN a week of receiving your high school certificates. 

For withdrawals submitted AFTER  a week of receiving your high school certificates, refunds will be processed per the refund policy set by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, as follows:

• Before the start of the academic year: A 10% deduction (1,700 LE) from the refundable amount.
• Within one month of the start of the academic year: A 50% deduction (8,500 LE) from the refundable amount 
• More than one month after the start of the academic year: No refund (100% deduction of the refundable amount, totaling 17,000 LE)
