Refund Policy

 Based on the decree issued by the Council of National Universities in its Session No. (16), held on 21/7/2025, the tuition fee refund policy in cases of student withdrawal is as follows:

 

  • If a student withdraws before the start of the semester, 10% of the paid amount shall be deducted.
  • If a student withdraws during the first month after the start of the semester, 50% of the paid amount shall be deducted.
  • If a student withdraws after one month from the start of the semester, 100% of the paid amount shall be deducted.
  • For students who are accepted into military colleges, 10% of the paid amount shall be deducted.
