Omar Shafie Earns Certificate from World-Leading BCI & Neurotechnology Spring School

Omar Shafie has successfully attended and passed the exam for the BCI & Neurotechnology Spring School 2025, organized by g.tec medical engineering—a premier global event focused on brain-computer interfaces (BCIs) and neurotechnology.

The program took place from April 27 to May 8, 2025, offering 140 hours of advanced, tuition-free education valued at approximately $50,000. Participants who completed the program earned 14 academic credits and an official exam certificate.

This year’s Spring School featured lectures and hands-on sessions led by more than 120 world-renowned experts from 84 institutions, covering cutting-edge topics such as EEG, ECoG, artificial intelligence, neurorehabilitation, virtual reality, and brain-controlled robotics.

Omar’s achievement highlights his strong commitment to innovation in the fields of neurotechnology and brain-computer interface research.
