Biography
Dr. Amr Elmasry earned his B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Computer Engineering from Alexandria University, Egypt, in 1991 and 1995, respectively, and his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Rutgers University, New Jersey, in 2001. He has served as a senior researcher at the Max-Planck Institute for Informatics and a full professor at the University of Copenhagen. For the past six years, Dr. Elmasry has been a full professor and the head of the Computer Engineering Department at Alexandria University. He has coauthored over 100 research papers throughout his career.
