Biography
Nahla has twenty five years of overall work experience and is proud to have covered a
wide range of functions, duties and responsibilities within multi-national, corporate and
academic workplaces. Nahla has obtained solid knowledge and experience in the
hospitality industry and customer service fields, followed by a fifteen-year solid
knowledge and experience in the teaching, training and coaching fields. Nahla is a
certified business skills trainer and a certified English Language instructor.
In the field of teaching English as a second language, Nahla holds a DipHE in linguistics, a
Cambridge CELTA certificate and is soon to obtain an MA in Linguistics. Nahla has been
teaching English and developing course material to adults and young learners for the
past eight years, covering a wide variety of courses and levels, up to the upper
intermediate, such as Business English, conversation courses, academic writing and
foundation courses.
