Thanaweya Amma

Required documents:

  • Original Thanaweyya Amma Certificate or Certified original (مستخرج رسمى)
  • Original Birth certificate
  • 6 passport size photos
  • Military Service Form (Namouzag 2 Gond) for Egyptian male students only.
  • Military Service Card (Betaka 6 Gond) or fully stamped Namouzag 7 Gond for Egyptian male applicants born 2005 and before.

Arab Thanaweya

Required documents:

  • Original Arab Thanaweya Certificate stamped by the Ministry of Education + stamp of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of country of the certificate and stamp of Egyptian Embassy in country of certificate are required.
  • Aptitude Certificate (Saudi Thanaweya Certificate only)
  • Original Birth certificate
  • 6 passport size photos
  • Military Service Form (Namouzag 2 Gond) for Egyptian male students only.
  • Military Service Card (Betaka 6 Gond) or fully stamped Namouzag 7 Gond for Egyptian male applicants born 2005 and before.

Nile Certificate

Required documents:

  • Nile certificate slips stamped by الإدارة العامة للامتحانات التابعة لوزارة التربية و التعليم.
  • Preparatory School Certificate (National system) or Proof of 12 years of schooling (International system) stamped by School + stamp of the Educational Zone the school belongs to.
  • Proof of 12 years of schooling is obtained from outside Egypt and the required stamps are:
    • School stamp
    • Stamp of the Educational Zone
    • Stamp of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
    • Stamp of the Egyptian Embassy in the foreign country.
  • Original Birth certificate.
  • 6 personal photos.
  • Original document of Arabic and Religion exams (for Egyptians and Arab students).
  • Namouzag 2 Gond (required from Egyptian male students only).
  • Military Service Card (Betaka 6 Gond) or fully stamped Namouzag 7 Gond for Egyptian male applicants born 2005 and before.

American Diploma

Required documents:

  • Original Final High School Transcript obtained from Egypt stamped by the school + stamp of the U.S. Accreditation Institution + stamp of الإدارة العامة للامتحانات التابعة لوزارة التربية و التعليم
  • Final High School Diploma obtained from Egypt stamped by the school + stamp of the U.S. Accreditation Institution + stamp of الإدارة العامة للامتحانات التابعة لوزارة التربية و التعليم
  • Certificates obtained from Egypt must be presented with جواب إفادةfrom school.
  • Original EST Score(s) stamped by الإدارة العامة للامتحانات التابعة لوزارة التربية و التعليم.
  • For certificates obtained from schools outside Egypt - stamp of school and Ministry of Education + stamp of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of country of the certificate and stamp of Egyptian Embassy in country of certificate are required.
  • For certificates obtained from schools outside Egypt – Accreditation Letter from AMIDEAST (stamped by AMIDEAST and Ministry of Foreign Affairs) is required.
  • Preparatory School Certificate (National system) or Proof of 12 years (International system) of schooling stamped by School and certified by the Educational Zone the school belongs to.
  • If proof of 12 years of schooling is obtained from outside Egypt required stamps are:
    • The school stamp
    • The stamp of the Educational Zone
    • The stamp of the Egyptian Embassy in that foreign country
  • Original Birth certificate.
  • 6 personal photos.
  • Original document of Arabic and Religion exams (for Egyptians and Arab students).
  • Namouzag 2 Gond (required from Egyptian male students only).
  • Military Service Card (Betaka 6 Gond) or fully stamped Namouzag 7 Gond for Egyptian male applicants born 2005 and before.
  • Student must provide the Admission Department with username and password for their account for the College Board of SAT exam(s)

IGCSE

Required documents:

  • IGCSE slips stamped by the British Council + stamp of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs + stamp of الإدارة العامة للامتحانات التابعة لوزارة التربية و التعليم.
  • IGCSE Slips are obtained from outside Egypt, stamped by British Council + stamp of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and stamp of the Egyptian Embassy in country of certificate(s).
  • Preparatory School Certificate (National system) or Proof of 12 years of schooling (International system) stamped by School and certified by the Educational Zone the school belongs to.
  • Proof of 12 years of schooling is obtained from outside Egypt and the required stamps are:
    • School stamp
    • Stamp of the Educational Zone
    • Stamp of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
    • Stamp of the Egyptian Embassy in the foreign country.
  • Original Birth certificate.
  • 6 personal photos.
  • Original document of Arabic and Religion exams (for Egyptians and Arab students).

  • Final IB Transcript stamped by the authorities concerned in Genève, Switzerland + stamp the Egyptian Embassy in Switzerland + stamp of الإدارة العامة للامتحانات
  • Final IB Graduation Diploma stamped by the authorities concerned in Genève, Switzerland + stamp the Egyptian Embassy in Switzerland + stamp of الإدارة العامة للامتحانات
  • For IB certificate holders from outside Egypt, required certificates must be stamped by authorities concerned in Genève, Switzerland + stamp of the Egyptian Embassy in Switzerland
  • Original Birth certificate.
  • 6 personal photos.
  • Original document of Arabic and Religion exams (for Egyptians and Arab students).
  • Namouzag 2 Gond (required from Egyptian male students only).

Note: All documents for applicants of all certificates will be examined by Supreme Council of Higher Education for final approval.
