Biography
Dr. Amr Elmasry received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Computer Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering at Alexandria University, Alexandria, Egypt, in 1991 and 1995, respectively, and the Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Computer Science Department at Rutgers University, New Jersey, in 2001. He worked as a senior researcher at Max-Planck Institute for Informatics and as a full professor at the University of Copenhagen. Dr. Elmasry has just been a full professor and the head of the Computer Engineering Department at Alexandria University of Egypt for the last six years. Through the years, he coauthored over 100 research papers.
