Egypt University of Informatics (EUI), located at the New Administrative Capital (NAC) is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following vacancy for the academic year 2021/2022.
Job Purpose:
The Treasury Accountant monitors cash flow of the university and controls money transmission tools including managing bank accounts, maintaining financial records and performing banking operations,
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing all documentation related to trade finance activities
- Interaction with banks on daily basis and maintain good relationship to facilitate university workflow
- Monitoring daily cash balances and determine cash requirements needed.
- Verifying invoices that have paid.
- Verifying accounts receivable paperwork to balance accounts and ensure that all figures match payment information.
- Writing regular reports based on financial data showing incoming and outgoing figures, as well as other relevant information.
- Managing the university accounts and create detailed required reports.
Qualifications
- Education:
Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Years of Experience:
4 to 7 years of experience in the same field with previous experience in Educational field.
Other skills and qualifications:
- Cash management skills
- Computer knowledge – a good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Spreadsheet
- Ability to undertake multiple tasks at the same time without losing focus
