Biography

A passionate academic with active parallel work with the industry Previously held the position of an Associate Dean at the University of Hertfordshire as well as the Head of the Advertising and Digital Marketing Programme and the Business Administration Programme at UH-GAF Ph.D. in Business Administration from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management, Germany - graded as Excellent with Honors. M.Sc. in Human Resources Management. Bachelor of Business Administration (English Section) from Ain Shams University (Egypt) with a GPA of Excellent with honors degree (Graduated as the first of class 2006 comprised of 600 students) 15 years of experience in teaching human resources management, creativity, and innovation management, digital marketing, organizational behavior, contemporary management, and entrepreneurship. 5 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager at Advanced Medical Services (AMS), Mannheim, Germany. Change Management and Innovation Management Consultant in Germany, the UK, and Egypt since 2010 to date. Experienced Trainer for several international training centers in topics like leadership, employee engagement, start-ups support and training, motivation, etc. Previous Program Leader for the MBA and M.Sc. Programs of Edinburgh Business School, UK. Experience as a SMILE coach for coaching entrepreneurs and young business founders in Germany. Author in the field of innovation management and entrepreneurship with current and forthcoming publications.

  • Won Best Paper for Practical Implications“ Award at ISPIM from Nokia-Siemens Networks, Europe. Won the DAAD Teaching and Research Scholarship in Germany for four consecutive years (2012 – 2015).
  • Member of the International Society for Professional Innovation Management (ISPIM).
  • Member of the European Academy of Management (EURAM) Alumni of the FGF (FGF is the leading and most important scientific association for entrepreneurship, innovation, and SMEs in the German-speaking world).
  • Teach-the-teacher at the European Entrepreneurship Colloquium (EEC), Istanbul, Turkey.
