Admissions and Registration Coordinator
Egypt University of Informatics (EUI), located in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), is seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the position of Admissions and Registration Coordinator. Position Description:
The Admissions & Registration Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the Admissions & Registration Office. This position is responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment funnel, managing applicant data, ensuring regulatory compliance with the Ministry of Higher Education, and delivering exceptional student-centered service.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Student Counseling & Recruitment: Provide comprehensive admissions counseling to prospective students and actively participate in on-campus and off-campus recruitment events, including open days, orientations, exhibitions, and student recruitment drives.
- Document Verification & Compliance: Receive and meticulously review accepted applicants' files to ensure all required documentation is present; manage student declarations for any missing paperwork.
- Academic Credential Evaluation: Calculate and evaluate various types of high school certificates to ensure applicants meet the specific admission criteria for their desired faculties.
- Liaison with Higher Education Authorities: Prepare and organize documents for paid applicants to be submitted to the Ministry of Higher Education for official certificate verification and handle any necessary internal adjustments.
- Registration & Problem Resolution: Monitor feedback regarding new student registration, proactively troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure a seamless enrollment process for all students.
- Systems Management: Utilize the university’s digital and manual Student Information Systems (SIS) to maintain accurate records and manage student data effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- From 3 - 5 years related experience to the needed job
- Experience in higher education institutions.
- Experience in customer-oriented or student-centered experience, preferably in an academic environment.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in Administrative coordination and office management.
- Experience in Educational Institutes is a must.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Excellent level of English Language.
- Previous Knowledge of Student Information Systems and Learning Management systems is preferred.
- Good knowledge of all MS. Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel…)
