Clinic Doctor / General Practitioner

Egypt University of Informatics (EUI) is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Clinic Doctor / General Practitioner (GP) on a task-based employment contract during the university admission period. EUI offers a professional, interactive, and collaborative working environment within its medical department at the New Administrative Capital (NAC).

Position Responsibilities: 

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing primary healthcare services and outpatient consultations to students, faculty members, and staff at the university clinic.
  • Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic medical conditions, including first aid and emergency medical response.
  • Performing essential medical procedures, including CPR, IV/IM injections, and wound management.
  • Conducting initial patient assessments, triage, and referring cases to specialized medical care when required.
  • Prescribing medications and treatment plans in accordance with approved medical protocols and Egyptian healthcare regulations.
  • Maintaining accurate, confidential, and up-to-date patient medical records.
  • Preparing daily clinic reports covering patient flow, clinic operations, and medical supplies consumption.
  • Supervising clinic hygiene standards and ensuring the proper handling and disposal of medical waste.
  • Coordinating with nursing staff and supporting all medical and first aid activities within the clinic.
  • Providing health awareness, preventive care guidance, and wellness education to members of the university community.

 

Job Requirements: 
  • Very good command of written and spoken English.
  • Very good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and respond efficiently in emergencies.
  • Working schedule: 5 working days per week from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

 

Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBCh) from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in general practice or outpatient settings.
  • Valid license to practice medicine issued by the Egyptian Medical Syndicate.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) and/or ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification is preferred.
