Faculty of Business Informatics welcomes Eng. Gerges Rizk

The Faculty of Business Informatics recently welcomed Gerges Rizk, GRC Engineer at EFG Hermes, for an insightful workshop on technology risk assessment held as part of the Information Security course.

During the session, students explored real-world Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks, practical risk assessment methodologies, and the growing importance of information security in today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape. The workshop provided students with valuable industry perspectives and hands-on insights into how organizations identify, assess, and manage technology-related risks.
