Marketing Senior Coordinator
About the Role:
EUI is seeking an experienced Full-Time Marketing Coordinator who stays informed about market dynamics, industry trends, and the competitive landscape. The ideal candidate will be reporting directly to the Marketing Manager and will help strategize and implement marketing, branding, and advertising initiatives. Daily, the Marketing Coordinator will assist in developing reports, creating and coordinating content, tracking campaign results, building relationships with sales teams, and supporting all marketing efforts. This role often serves as a vital link between the creative and account teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Marketing Manager on all logistics and implementation aspects of marketing strategies.
Coordinate marketing activities and events (within the marketing department’s scope), including handling logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors/suppliers, creating itineraries, and preparing marketing materials.
Evaluate and monitor campaign performance by analyzing key metrics, creating detailed reports, and testing leads generated from social media, exhibitions, or events.
Conduct market research and identify trends to support data-driven decision-making.
Assist in implementing marketing plans across print, broadcast, and online channels.
Support the marketing and design teams by coordinating and consolidating content.
Manage internal communications, including memos, vendor coordination, documentation, and quotations.
Research and analyze the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer behavior, and prepare insightful reports.
Support the media team by assisting with photo/video shoots, coordinating schedules with students, professors, and teaching assistants.
Oversee giveaways and printed materials—handling delivery, inventory checks, distribution, and preparing event kits.
Collect data and manage the execution of student and staff IDs and business cards.
Supervise internal and external branding at on-campus events and exhibitions (including booth production and installation).
Conduct surveys to analyze student feedback and behavior, using insights to refine marketing strategies.
