HR Operations Coordinator

Egypt University of Informatics (EUI) is seeking an experienced HR Operations Coordinator on a full-time basis to be responsible for providing administrative and operational support across various HR functions. The role ensures the efficient delivery of HR services related to employee records, onboarding, offboarding, HR systems, reporting, and policy compliance. This position supports day-to-day HR operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (both electronic and physical).
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of personnel files in line with internal policies and labor law requirements.
  • Process employment contracts, letters, and HR-related documentation (e.g., promotions, transfers, leaves, and resignations).
  • Support HR systems updates and reporting.
  • Respond to routine HR queries from staff regarding policies, benefits, and leaves.
  • Handle social insurance procedures, including new hires and terminations.
  • Manage governmental health insurance enrollment and cancellations.
  • Coordinate with labor offices and ensure compliance with labor office requirements.
  • Assist with other HR tasks as needed.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR coordination or operations.
  • Proven experience in social insurance, labor office dealings, and governmental health insurance procedures (required).
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Good understanding of labor laws and HR processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
