Assistant Professor & Associate Professor

Position Description:

The Faculty of Computing and Information Sciences at EUI is seeking talented and qualified candidates for Full-Time  Associate & Assistant Professor positions for the upcoming academic year for the AI, cybersecurity,  data science and engineering tracks. Successful candidates will contribute to the faculty’s mission of advancing knowledge and leading innovative progress in the computer science fields.

Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses.

• Conduct high-quality research and publish in top-tier conferences and journals.

• Mentor and supervise research and graduation projects.

•  Develop and deliver engaging undergraduate and graduate courses that equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their tracks.

• Collaborate with colleagues within the faculty and across disciplines.

• Participate in departmental and university committees.

• Seek and secure research funding to support research activities.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Data Engineering, or a closely related field from an accredited institution of higher education.

• University teaching experience, with a commitment to excellence in teaching.

• Demonstrated record of research excellence with publications in top-tier conferences and journals.

• Familiarity with ABET accreditation requirements (preferred).

• Effective oral and written English communication skills.
