Biography
الأستاذ الدكتور / محمد صالح هو وكيل سابق ورئيس قسم سابق لأبحاث العمليات ودعم اتخاذ القرار بكلية الحاسبات والذكاء الاصطناعي بجامعة القاهرة. يمتلك أكثر من 20 عامًا من الخبرة في التدريس والبحث الأكاديمي والعمل الصناعي والاستشارات. حصل البروفيسور صالح على جائزة آي بي إم لأعضاء هيئة التدريس مرتين، كما شغل منصب أستاذ زائر بجامعة برجن بالنرويج. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تولى العديد من المناصب القيادية بمركز المعلومات ودعم اتخاذ القرار لمجلس الوزراء المصري، منها المدير التنفيذي للمعهد القومي لتكنولوجيا المعلومات، ومدير قطاع التحليل الاقتصادي، ومدير مركز الدراسات المستقبلية.

- Developed various computer models to simulate real-world problems and create what-if scenarios.

- Consultant and senior advisor for the Information and Decision Support Center. The Egyptian Cabinet.

- Member of the technical committee of the North African Applied Systems Analysis Centre (NAASAC), which is affiliated with the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA) in Vienna, Austria.
- Worked for seven years as a modeling expert in the Center for Data Mining & Computer Modeling, at Cairo University.
- Conducted several training courses and workshops for top management in several Arab countries, the National Defense Academy in Egypt, and the Information and Decision Support Center of the Egyptian Cabinet.
