Front Office Agent
Egypt University of Informatics (EUI) is looking for a professional, well-presented, and customer-oriented "Front Office Agent" to join the Public Relations department on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be the first contact for prospective students and their parents, delivering outstanding service by responding to inquiries, coordinating campus tours, and helping with English placement tests. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and a solid background in customer service—preferably with experience in admissions or a related field.
Job Description:
Greet prospective students and their families with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming first impression.
Provide accurate and comprehensive information about the university’s programs, admission requirements, necessary documentation, and application processes.
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via email, phone, and in person, addressing questions about admission criteria, required scores, and paperwork.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the university’s programs, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent and accurate guidance.
Lead engaging and informative campus tours, showcasing the university’s facilities and answering questions from prospective students and their families.
Register students for English placement tests and guide them to the appropriate examination rooms, ensuring a smooth testing experience.
Support the admissions team during peak periods by processing applications, verifying documents, and providing essential administrative assistance.
Use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) efficiently to manage data, track communications, and support day-to-day operations.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar client-facing role, preferably in an educational or admissions setting.
Excellent proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with data management tools.
Presentable, professional, and confident demeanor.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with great attention to detail.
Highly customer-focused with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Prior experience in admissions or student services is a plus.
Flexibility to work during admission seasons, including occasional weekends or extended hours, as needed.
