Incubation & Partnerships Senior Coordinator
The newly established Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center of Egypt University of Informatics (EUI), located in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), is looking for qualified candidates to fill the full-time Incubation and Partnerships Senior Coordinator position.
Overview:
As an Incubation and Partnerships Senior Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and managing the university's newly launched Entrepreneurship & Innovation Center. This position focuses on supporting entrepreneurial ventures, fostering partnerships with industry leaders, and ensuring the incubation program provides high-impact services to startups and innovators.
Key Responsibilities:
Incubation Program Management:
Assist in developing and organizing the incubation program, including creating frameworks for mentorship, workshops, and milestone tracking.
Support startups in developing business models, securing funding, and scaling operations.
Organize pitch competitions, demo days, and other showcase events for incubated startups.
Monitor the progress of incubated companies and provide regular progress reports.
Partnerships and Collaboration:
Maintain and nurture partnerships with industry leaders, investors, and governmental organizations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as faculty, the student life office, and the alumni office, to create entrepreneurial opportunities for students.
Event Coordination and Community Building:
Assist in planning and executing workshops, networking events, and training sessions that promote entrepreneurship.
Maintain a vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem within the university community.
Engage students, faculty, and alumni in programs that encourage innovation and entrepreneurial thinking.
Operational Support:
Follow up on the day-to-day operations of the Entrepreneurship Center.
Ensure effective use of resources, including workspace, equipment, and funding.
Assist in marketing and communication efforts to promote the center's programs and services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
At least 3–5 years of experience in entrepreneurship, startup incubation, program coordination, or partnership development.
Experience working in a university setting or an innovation-focused organization is a plus.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
Knowledge of startup ecosystems, business development processes, and funding mechanisms.
Proficiency in event coordination and program development.
Collaborative mindset and a results-oriented approach.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
