EUI Hosts Dr. Omar Sakr for an Inspiring Session on Successful Investor Pitching

The Faculties of Computing & Information Sciences and Business Informatics hosted a special session featuring Dr. Omar Sakr, Founder and CEO of Nawah Scientific. Dr. Sakr delivered an engaging talk titled “Pitch to Raise: The Art and Science Behind a Successful Investor Pitch,” offering students valuable insights into the strategies, structure, and mindset needed to secure investment.

During the session, Dr. Sakr shared practical examples from his entrepreneurial journey, highlighted common pitfalls founders face when pitching, and emphasized the importance of clarity, confidence, and data-driven storytelling. Students had the opportunity to ask questions and gain first-hand advice from one of Egypt’s leading biotech entrepreneurs.

The session was addressed to 2nd-year students of the Faculty of Computing & Information Sciences and 1st-year students of the Faculty of Business Informatics. It formed part of EUI’s ongoing efforts to expose students to real-world business experiences, enhance their entrepreneurial capabilities, and prepare them for future leadership opportunities.
