Marketing Coordinator in the Marketing & Public Relations Department

Egypt University of Informatics (EUI), Marketing & PR  Department at the New Administrative Capital (NAC) is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of Marketing Coordinator vacancy.

Position Description:

EUI seeks applicants for full-time employment and invites candidates to become engaged in an interactive and collaborative environment. The Marketing Coordinator stays informed about the market, industry trends, and the competitive landscape while helping strategize and implement marketing, branding, and advertising plans. Day to day, the candidate may draft reports, create, or coordinate content, track results, build relationships with sales teams, and support all marketing strategies. Often, The candidate acts as the intermediary between creative and account teams.

Job Requirements:

  • Work hand in hand with the Marketing Manager on all the logistics and implementation of Marketing Strategies.
  • Coordinate marketing and events (regarding marketing department duties), including handling logistics (inside the department and with vendors/suppliers), managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral.
  • Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics, creating comprehensive reports, and testing leads from campaigns whether social media, exhibitions, or events.
  • Conduct market research and identify trends.
  • Help implement marketing plans including print, broadcast, and online content.
  • Support the marketing and design teams by coordinating and collating content. Manage internal communication (MEMOs, vendors, internal documentation, and quotations).
  • Perform Market Research to analyze the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer behavior and prepare reports by collecting, summarizing, and analyzing data.
  • Support the Media team with creating and shooting with different trends and ideas, scheduling with students, professors, and TAs for shooting times.
  • Handle the giveaways and printing materials in terms of delivery, checking inventory, distribution, and preparing the kits for events.
  • Collect the data and execution of Students, Staff IDs, and BCs.
  • Supervise the internal branding through events inside the campus, and external exhibitions (production and Booth’s installation)
  • Conduct surveys on students’ responses and behavior to improve strategies further.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing coordination or similar role
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ambitious and results-orientated.
  • Ability to gather and convert large amounts of data into meaningful analysis.
  • Solid organizational skills and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in the education sector ( preferable)
  • Fluent written and spoken English
