Digital Interior Design Program Hosts Creative Thinking Workshop

The Digital Interior Design Program at the Faculty of Digital Arts and Design hosted an inspiring extracurricular workshop titled “From Mind to Hand: Ways of Thinking for Interior Designers,” delivered by Eng. Akram Hamed Amr, co-founder of Okima Design Solutions.

The workshop aimed to enrich students’ creative and professional skills by exploring the principles of design thinking and their practical application within the field of interior design. Through an interactive and engaging approach, students were guided on how to translate conceptual ideas into tangible design solutions, strengthening the connection between creative vision and hands-on execution.

The session provided participants with valuable industry insights, encouraging innovative thinking and equipping them with practical tools to approach real-world interior design challenges. This workshop reflects the program’s ongoing commitment to enhancing students’ learning experiences beyond the classroom and preparing them for professional practice.
