Well-being Officer

About the role: 

EUI is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Well-being Officer for the Student Life Office to support the university’s well-being services in collaboration with the full-time therapist. The role will focus on providing counseling support, assisting in awareness campaigns, documenting well-being activities, and helping create a healthy and supportive campus environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the full-time therapist in delivering counseling and psychological support to students.

  • Support the design and implementation of well-being programs, workshops, and awareness campaigns (e.g., stress management, resilience, and mental health awareness).

  • Document and report all well-being activities and initiatives to ensure effective follow-up and continuous improvement.

  • Provide guidance and referrals for students seeking additional support.

  • Maintain professional confidentiality and contribute to case management discussions.

  • Work flexible part-time hours as required by the Student Life Office.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

  • Professional certification or license in counseling/therapy (where applicable).

  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably with young adults or university students.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.

  • Commitment to professional ethics, documentation, and student well-being.
