Well-being Officer
About the role:
EUI is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Well-being Officer for the Student Life Office to support the university’s well-being services in collaboration with the full-time therapist. The role will focus on providing counseling support, assisting in awareness campaigns, documenting well-being activities, and helping create a healthy and supportive campus environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the full-time therapist in delivering counseling and psychological support to students.
Support the design and implementation of well-being programs, workshops, and awareness campaigns (e.g., stress management, resilience, and mental health awareness).
Document and report all well-being activities and initiatives to ensure effective follow-up and continuous improvement.
Provide guidance and referrals for students seeking additional support.
Maintain professional confidentiality and contribute to case management discussions.
Work flexible part-time hours as required by the Student Life Office.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
Professional certification or license in counseling/therapy (where applicable).
At least 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably with young adults or university students.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
Commitment to professional ethics, documentation, and student well-being.
