Warehouse Supervisor

About the role: 

Egypt University of Informatics (EUI) is seeking a qualified and experienced Warehouse Supervisor on a full-time basis to oversee and manage all warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising warehouse staff, coordinating logistics, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant operations. This role requires strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills to maintain high productivity and accuracy across all warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise warehouse staff and oversee daily operations.

  • Manage, evaluate, and report on warehouse productivity and performance metrics.

  • Track, coordinate, and ensure the timely receipt, storage, and delivery of goods and materials.

  • Order supplies and maintain appropriate inventory levels to meet operational needs.

  • Verify the accuracy of orders, invoices, received items, inventory counts, and deliveries.

  • Maintain comprehensive records and prepare required reports and documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with maintenance, health, and safety regulations.

  • Conduct daily inspections of the warehouse facilities and grounds.

  • Coordinate the management and maintenance of fleets and warehouse equipment.

  • Communicate effectively and coordinate with other departments, vendors, and customers.

  • Oversee all warehouse activities to ensure efficient processes and maximum productivity.

  • Supervise and motivate employees, ensure quality control of goods, and maintain accurate operational documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a similar managerial role.

  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management.

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
