Student Union & Associations Officer

About the Role:


EUI is hiring a Student Union & Associations Officer on a full-time basis for the Student Life Office to support student governance, leadership development, and the work of student associations. The officer will guide student leaders in planning their activities, ensure smooth operations of the Student Union, and help strengthen student representation within the University.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Serve as a link between the university administration and student associations.

  • Guide Student Union and student association leaders in planning and managing their initiatives.

  • Oversee elections, procedures, and constitutions of student bodies.

  • Support governance-related training and leadership development.

  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on student governance activities.

  • Help in organizing events whenever needed 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, Education, or a related field.

  • At least 1–2 years’ experience in student life (at a university level), leadership programs, or governance support is an asset.

  • Strong advisory, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to mentor and work effectively with student leaders.
